WhichBingo sold to XL Media Publishing

Online bingo affiliate business, WhichBingo Ltd, has been acquired by XL Media Publishing Ltd as of yesterday (9 April 2018), according to an email sent by site founder, Phil Fraser.

The structure of the deal is yet to be revealed, but promotional partners of WhichBingo(.co.uk) were asked to update payment details for future bookings to an XL Media account in the email, sent today (10 April).

At the time of writing, there has been no change in the operation of WhichBingo with existing bookings, placements and staff seemingly unaffected by the sale.

WhichBingo was founded in 2000 and is the host of the annual WhichBingo Awards, recognising the best - or perceived best - websites in the online bingo industry.

XL Media PLC describes itself as a market-leading provider of digital marketing services, proprietary tools and methodologies.

Update 11/04/18: As well as WhichBingo(.co.uk), the deal also includes Bingo(.org.uk), BingoWorld(.co.uk) and QueBingo(.com), as well as all of WhichBingo Ltd's affiliate accounts. Transfer of ownership for all affiliate accounts will commence Monday 16th April to XL Media Publishing.
