PlayTech signs deal with Zitro Interactive

PlayTech has agreed a new deal with bingo game specialist Zitro Interactive, bringing the developer’s unique catalogue of games to Virtue Fusion sites.

According to a press release from Zitro, this new deal will allow PlayTech’s licensees to access 17 different games. These include titles like Powermania Bonus, Tacomania and Last Bingo In Paris.

Before, Zitro was publishing games on Facebook and mobile devices through an app called World of Bingo. If you play bingo on a mobile device, you may have already seen Zitro’s work in action.

Most games in Zitro’s portfolio use a unique 60 ball bingo format. 30 balls are drawn, and players need to complete tickets with 15 numbers on them.

With bright skins, bonus features and multiple ticket prices, these games are more reminiscent of slots than bingo. It will be interesting to see if Zitro’s games remain popular when featured on a more traditional bingo platform.

World First

It’s unclear when PlayTech will be adding these new games to Virtue Fusion sites, but Mexican casino Caliente will be the first site to feature the new titles. Gala Bingo tends to be a proving ground for the Virtue Fusion platform, which is likely to make them one of the first bingo sites to host Zitro games.
