MrQ launches first TV advert featuring voice of Joe Wilkinson

Award-winning online casino MrQ has launched its first-ever television advert, due to be broadcast for the first time this Sunday.

Voiced by comedian Joe Wilkinson, the tongue-in-cheek ad shows off the casino’s trademark ‘no-nonsense’ approach. After initially appearing to dismiss the site’s selling points, Wilkinson ends up by admitting that the site’s offering ‘actually seems all right’, summing it up as ‘the award-winning no-nonsense casino you’ve never heard of’.

Commenting on the launch of the campaign, James Booth, Head of Acquisition at MrQ, said: ‘This TV ad, combined with a national radio campaign, which rolls out in September, signals the next step in our journey to grow the business. It also marks our first real branding exercise with the aim of driving brand recognition and awareness.’
