King Jackpot is a curious site, held back by their reliance on downloaded software. While their software is good and runs nicely for the most part, it just feels like a step back from simply playing in browser. All other aspects of the site which are not tied to technology are great, such as an interesting and rewarding loyalty scheme. Check it out if you don’t mind the download.

Design & Usability
Unusually, King Jackpot Bingo greets you with a chat window, inviting you to ask questions while also telling you a bit about the site. This is a novel approach, if a little confusing. Behind that, you get a brightly decorated site with an emphasis on showing real winners. A few animations around the site help to spice it up, but it does look a little dated and there’s no central theme.
Navigation is pretty easy thanks to a standard top bar. You can’t miss the sign-up offer and help section. However, this is a download only casino. You have no choice in the matter, so while downloaded software is fast, it may put off those who like a clean PC. It’s certainly not a streamlined process. The software looks dated, but it does give easy access to chat and hosts.
Software & Gameplay
The download from King Jackpot runs pretty well, but doesn’t look great. Fullscreen mode is a bit ugly and stretched, so windowed is better but then it’s on the small side. Everywhere you hover the mouse, you get little tool tips which make life easier. This software includes a built-in lobby with simple scrolling to find your games.
The bingo game itself is very basic, but it’s easy to use. Ticket buying is done on a pop-up panel. The rooms have drawn backgrounds which is nice to see. Chat seems small at first but can be enlarged by splitting it from the bingo window. You have a good set of quick buttons. Chat is quiet, but we found hosts immediately on hand, welcoming everyone.
The occasional crash is a little worrisome for this software and a definite drawback compared to simply playing in a browser.

Depositing is done through the downloaded software and it’s actually very easy. You just fill in the usual details into a pretty clear and easy to read form. Withdrawal is the same and should take the average 3-5 working days for cards, less for e-wallets.

Terms are easily found from the promotions page and they’re under the average, requiring 3x play on bingo or 10x on slots, always good to see. You can also claim a flat £20 just for playing around with.
The site also has reload bonuses and daily tournaments, including some big jackpot games. However, there’s not a lot else to see here, such as creative promotion ideas.
Device Compatibility
There’s no mobile offering at King Jackpot. They do not have any apps and the download only nature of the software means that it cannot simply run in a browser. This puts them behind a lot of the competition. Of course, you can still play on a laptop or possibly a web book.
Variety & Originality
King Jackpot suffers a little in the variety department, only having 90 ball and 75 ball on offer. This is spread over eight rooms, with a little variance in ticket price. Rooms don’t really feel distinct from each other, but they do have themed names like Queens Palace and Royal Chambers, which is always a good extra touch.
There’s a modest slot selection here with some very nicely animated games, but don’t expect to find anything mind blowing or cutting edge. The addition of some ‘fun bets’ is original but otherwise it’s very standard bingo.
Loyalty & Rewards
This site has a loyalty club, a six-tier programme from Newbie to Diamond. You can rise the first two ranks just be depositing, then the later are invitation only. Offers for higher ranks include re-deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, access to the Mega Bingo game and more.
There’s also a separate VIP system mentioned in the site FAQ. Players can become VIP Captains, apparently based not just on spend but on host feedback and time spent on site. VIPs get some pretty nice offers, such as 40% back on all deposits, random cash bonuses throughout the week, Birthday and Christmas presents, VIP tournaments and a VIP manager. Overall the loyalty offers here are very good.
