Caesars Bingo Verdict
Caesars Bingo is perhaps the weakest of the Gamesys sites. The big name suggests opulence and excellence, but this bingo site is more of an afterthought. Expect no originality or personality here. However, if you do play, you’ll find an excellent team behind the games and excellent software to play on. High quality but lacking charisma and attention to detail.

Design & Usability
Caesars Bingo has a striking design, using the Caesars Palace branding and colour scheme. It gives a professional, sleek feel which will appeal to serious gamblers or those who simply like a suave experience. This does not always gel well with the light-hearted nature of bingo.
Getting around this site is pretty easy, with all the key sections easy to find… but some things are conspicuous by their absence, such as a banking information page and simple FAQ (you can search FAQs in a roundabout way). You’ll soon notice that despite the name, the site’s focus is split evenly between bingo, slots and casino. Account information is just a click away. The design is fairly minimalist, which does make it easier to spot what you need on the page.
Software & Gameplay
The software here is excellent and will be immediately familiar to Gamesys fans. It’s pretty smooth to load and has their signature simple interface, showing just a few panels at a time rather than bombarding with ads and offers. Account controls sit along the top.
The bingo console is of excellent quality, with a mini game window, bold game area and a nice, tall chat window that makes it easier to keep track of conversation. Chat hosts are friendly and very well trained, with games to keep chat flowing. Link games and progressive jackpots are available to spice things up. The only downside here is that it doesn’t feel particularly original or special.
Safety & Security
Though the Caesars site is secured, with the Thawte trust seal and SSL encryption, the site makes no effort to reinforce that trust with information on their security process. A brief mention in the FAQs talks about 40-bit encryption, a relatively low level. This is likely no longer the case, but the text should still be updated; some more details would be great to reassure customers.
On the plus side, they have pages detailing their privacy policy, responsible gaming guidelines and even a cookies policy. Chat hosts are trained to watch for responsible gaming issues and you have a full set of options for cools offs, closures and deposit limits. They have a Gamcare certification, plus the usual legal licenses.
Payments & Withdrawals
The payment methods available at Caesars Bingo include the main credit and debit cards- MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. On the electronic front, you get PayPal and PaySafeCard. More options would be nice, but PayPal is usually sufficient for UK players. Card payments are secured by WorldPay.
Depositing is nice and easy, through the site’s My Account section. Withdrawing is easy too, but expect the standard 3-5 working days for funds to arrive.

The customer support on Caesars Bingo is, as you’d expect from a big brand name and a Gamesys site, of high quality. On the downside, you’ll have to check the Help section first, then ‘contact us’ on the left, to find the details. They offer the big three of free phone support, email and live chat, 24/7.
Support response times are mostly good and well trained, so for the most part you’ll have no problems getting help.
Bonuses & Promotions
Caesars Bingo, like most Gamesys sites, offers quite a modest welcome bonus despite the high-roller reputation of the brand. They offer only 200% matches, up to £20, way under many competitors. This has a standard four times wager requirement.
The site has other promotions but they’re thin on the ground. When we checked the site out they only had BOGOF bingo and a 10% cashback on the new Agatha Christie themed slot. These are pretty slim pickings from such a big, rich brand name. You can redeem vouchers and get referral credit.
Device Compatibility
Surprisingly the Caesars Bingo site offers no app version of the site, or even a mobile website for playing on other devices. With no offering at all in this department, you’re limited to desktop and laptop PCs. This is a huge let down for such a big name.
A mobile site is probably in the works, since other Gamesys sites have mobile counterparts, but right now it’s a big oversight.
Variety & Originality
Caesars Bingo suffers on both counts of variety and originality. As expected, their slot games are a sub-selection of those offered by Gamesys’ main sites (like Jackpotjoy and Heart Bingo). That being said, they are of excellent quality, with great art, sound and features.
Yet, despite the name of the site, you’ll only find three bingo rooms here (well, two and a half). 90 ball and 75 ball are the main offerings, in classical-themed rooms Jupiter and Neptune. Both have the same price of 10p. The third room is Super Snap, a pleasingly different kind of game, which is essentially bingo with cards. Shame there’s nothing original, given the clout of the brand name.
Loyalty & Rewards
Despite the brand name of Caesars Bingo, which one associates with high rollers in luxury Las Vegas casinos, there’s no mention of any VIP club on the site. Not even loyalty points get a mention here.
The site does have a loyalty team, as do all Gamesys sites, so there is the possibility of VIP treatment and the occasional bonuses, but you’ll have to wait to be invited.
