Biscuit Bingo is a strong site which goes one step further than most Cozy bingo websites. The theme is nice, but doesn’t really have impact beyond the home page. Still, time has gone into the design here and apart from a few hiccups, the site feels better for it. With an active chat community, this site should give you food for thought!

Design & Usability
The site design at Biscuit Bingo is pretty good, with a useful home page that clearly shows the latest offers, current bingo rooms and some welcoming text. Their yummy-looking cookie logo fits with a bit of online bingo perfectly, though the theme doesn’t really make it to the rest of the site.
While the site does use standard Cozy assets for things like promotions, they have also upgraded from the usual template somewhat. You’ll find it easy to navigate and the pages have neat layouts, using tabs to save space.
Software & Gameplay
Biscuit Bingo uses the main site as a lobby for choosing rooms. The bingo pop-up is pretty basic, but runs just fine and it’s very easy to read. You get a good chat window too, with filters, quick buttons for lingo and a winner section.
Chat itself seems to be pretty active, with people around at most times. We had no problems finding a host right away, who was happily engaging with the room.
Safety & Security
You’ll find all the correct credentials at Biscuit Bingo, which is licensed and registered in the Isle of Man, by the Isle of Man Gambling Commission and also by the UK Gambling Commission. They also bear the iTech Labs certification for a fair, tested random number generator.
The site has a good responsible gaming guide which includes some account controls for fighting problem gambling, plus when it comes to security you’re covered by Trustwave.

Biscuit Bingo has a neat account section which seems to have had some time spent on it. You can clearly see the wagering requirements each time you take a bonus, which is great. They claim to process withdrawals in 2-3 days.
They accept credit and debit cards, Neteller, Boku Mobile Payments and PaySafeCard. Overall, a pretty broad selection that should cover most users.
Customer Support
The support section can be found quickly from any page, where you’ll find a neat row of tabs for sending an email, submitting a ticket and live chat. Slight downside- the live chat tab is empty! Fortunately, the links for live chat within the bingo lobby work fine.
While it’s a shame that phone support is missing, the others can cover for it. There’s also a pretty detailed FAQ section to answer questions about things like site rules and wagering requirements.
Bonuses & Promotions
The promotions here are a modified sub-set of the usual Cozy offers, which is not a bad thing. You can enjoy weekly cashback, special daily and weekly jackpots and more. While there’s a lack of interactive or imaginative promotions, there is plenty to do. You’ll also see a reload deposit offer, letting you claim up to 450% extra bonus on each deposit.
New players can claim £15 just for registering, then there’s a £40 bonus on your first deposit of £10. However, you’re required to wager this through four times before you can withdraw. Certain other bonuses require eight times.
Device Compatibility
Biscuit Bingo has a mobile page on the main site which will tell you how to access their site on other devices. While they do not have an app, they do have a mobile optimised site which you can access just by visiting the usual site from your mobile or tablet browser. The game selection is reduced slightly, but still big.
The mobile view is easy enough to use, but you only see a basic representation of the bingo, without chat.
Variety & Originality
Biscuit Bingo doesn’t have much in the way of originality, since they use the standard set of Cozy bingo and slot games, but there is plenty of variety. You can play 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball, which is plenty to try out, especially for bingo newbies. There are thirteen rooms, counting those which open just for special jackpots and free bingo.
The slots are fairly standard, some better looking than others. Dragon Ark is a good choice for some fun artwork.
Loyalty & Rewards
Biscuit Bingo’s VIP system is called the Best VIP Lounge, which is quite a claim! The page explaining all this is actually very smart, with some text from Lee, the VIP manager. There are five tiers, from Bronze to Diamond, with a huge host of offerings. These include weekly bonuses, free bingo, bonuses for staying at your VIP level, a personal manager, birthday treats and even free money for trying new games.
The offerings are very good and they don’t hide it all behind an invitation-only system; you can see the amounts needed quite clearly. They are big amounts, but pretty average really. An interesting and thorough system.
