Biggest Bingo Review

Updated May 18th 2021 By Ava Louise

Calling a site Biggest Bingo is a bold move, even for an operator as au-fait with the online bingo industry as Cassava Enterprises Limited (888), particularly when it professes to offer “the biggest bingo on the net!” As there are now well over one hundred sites operating on Cassava’s Dragonfish network, players need some very good reasons to make a beeline for Biggest rather than its sister brands. So, does Biggest really have some colossal bonuses and massive prize pots to boast about, or is it a case of “size isn’t everything”?

Biggest Bingo Verdict

If this is the first time you’ve clapped eyes on a Dragonfish bingo site, you’ll probably find enough games and offers to warrant signing up, even if you don’t stick around for months or years. However, the lack of a no-deposit bonus is likely to put off many curious folk, and if you’ve seen the network’s promotions and games before, you’re unlikely to want to grab another dose if your existing Dragonfish brand already meets your needs.

Design & Usability

When you roll up on the homepage, you can’t help but feel disappointed. For starters, the information looks lost against the sky-blue patterned background, which reminds us of 1980s wallpaper. While the large logo tries to flex its proverbial pecs and live up to its name, the site’s basic design doesn’t fill us with confidence.

There are four ads – one that explains how you can get up and running in three easy steps, two that encourage you to play instant games and progressive jackpots, and one that tries to attract your attention with its promise of bonus money on your first deposit.

The main menu uses the tiniest font, and underneath it, there’s a scrolling message which lists the site’s top winner, total winnings, and most popular slot. Although there’s a login panel for existing members, there’s no obvious ‘Join’ or ‘Sign Up’ button. After reaching for a magnifying glass, we finally found a “Register” link on the main menu.

Software & Gameplay

888’s Dragonfish software is pretty popular among online bingo fans as it’s associated with quality and reliability; plus, it’s nice and easy to use.

No effort has been made to change the standard wallpaper provided by the basic Dragonfish lobby to something in keeping with the site’s theme. However, you can easily locate the different game types by using the four main tabs and sub-tabs. The networked rooms include the Moneymakers (such as Grab a Grand and Sure Win), and you can choose from 90-ball, 75-ball, and High 5 games. There are no exclusive games or bingo variants, and the rooms were oddly quiet when we last visited, although there were still plenty of chat hosts on hand to help out when needed.

Safety & Security

At least Biggest Bingo gets five stars for treating player safety and security as high priorities. The site’s licensed and regulated by the Great Britain Gambling Commission, and also displays the “eCOGRA Safe & Fair” seal of approval. Both SSL encryption and an HTTPS URL are used to keep your details safe, and fair play is ensured via the use of a random number generator.

Payments & Withdrawals

The banking options include Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Entropay, Paysafecard, Paypal, and Skrill. While it’s a good selection, we’d like to see Neteller added, as well as the 48-hour pending status for withdrawal requests removed to speed up payouts.

Customer Support

Not all of the customer support methods are available 24/7. In fact, the only one that is 24/7 is the Help Room. Although it’s not explained on the site, you can access it by entering any bingo room and selecting “Help” from the room names list in the chat window. You can also get in touch by email, and you should receive a reply within 48 hours, or you can use the telephone number to talk to an agent from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 9 AM and 1 AM.

Bonuses & Promotions

As a potential new member of Biggest Bingo, you’re bound to be wondering what new player offers there are. Currently, there’s just the one – a rather miserly (in comparison to many other Cassava Enterprises’ sites) 100% welcome bonus of up to £100 on your first deposit of £10 or more. If you choose to spend it on bingo, you’ll need to meet the 4x wagering requirements, and if you choose to use it on slots and instant games, you’ll need to meet the astronomically high 99x wagering requirements before you can request a withdrawal if you win.

If you’re familiar with the likes of Bingo Cove or Bingo Fabulous, you’ll instantly recognise the Promotions page as it’s identical. So, you won’t find any exclusive offers; just the usual networked jackpot specials like The Big £10,000, Sure Win, Zodiac Bingo, and Grab a Grand.

Device Compatibility

Due to the basic web design, we weren’t surprised to find that there’s no reference to mobile bingo. After further investigation, we can confirm that there’s no mobile app as the website uses HTML5 technology to adapt to almost every modern mobile device. So, all you need to do is visit the site using your smartphone or tablet’s web browser, and log in or join.

Variety & Originality

Like most brands on the Dragonfish network, there are only two main variants to choose from (90-ball and 75-ball), and the only addition – High 5 games (which award prizes for one line, two lines, three lines, four lines, and a full house) – can be played in just one room. The range of slots, on the other hand, is better than average, with plenty of titles from IGT, NetEnt, WMS, and Eyecon to enjoy, and a decent amount of casino games including live dealer titles.

There are no original games, and even the tab in the lobby that’s marked “Exclusive” contains games that are common across the Dragonfish network.

There are four free rooms which are open to recent depositors that host jackpot games ranging from £1 to £150.

Loyalty & Rewards

On first appearance, the loyalty programme looks quite enticing and easy to progress through. To move from the entry level (Rookie) to Pro, Master, and Champ, all you need to do is collect jewels by making deposits to your account. You get twelve jewels for every £1 you deposit, and while you can reach Pro level by spending as little as £1, you’ll need to deposit a minimum of £50 and £200 to reach Master and Champ level respectively. Also, these are the amounts you’ll need to spend per month (not your lifetime) because your jewel count is reset each month.

From Pro level upwards, you get bingo bonus cashback (5% to 15%, games bonus cashback (5% to 10%, free spins (between 5 and 15), and complimentary Big £10k cards (between 2 and 10).
