Design & Usability
The Latin-style font and average graphics make Bingo Magix look rather dated, but despite its old-fashioned appearance, it’s very much a 21st-century site that boasts a great mobile platform.
The homepage features a green and pink colour scheme, and a magician’s hat filled with bingo balls, and the menu system allows you to access the Bingo, Casino, Mobile, Promotions, Community, and Blog pages.
We like that the website doesn’t use scrolling banners as it makes it much easier to see what bonuses are on offer thanks to the single ad that occupies the top third of the screen. Lower down, you’ll find a mini games lobby and a quick launch button that takes you directly to the lobby. You can also access your account at any point by using the button at the top-right of the page.
Software & Gameplay
Bingo Magix runs on Cozy Games software, but as the site’s part of the Lucky Duck Network, you won’t find the same games and promotions on offer as typical Cozy sites like Landmark Bingo which belong to the LBN network.
Instead, you’ll find busy rooms when players can choose from 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, and 50-ball games, including fast-paced speed bingo games. There are also linked games which run across the Lucky Duck Network (which includes Magix’s sister site, Game Village) including Friday and Saturday night Super Games. Plus, there’s a unique game variant called Elimination Bingo where the fewer the numbers you mark off your card, the better your chances of winning are.
Safety & Security
Bingo Magix is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure its games give fair and random results. It also employs a secure URL throughout the site and uses SSL technology to encrypt your sensitive information.
Payments & Withdrawals
You can fund your Bingo Magix account via Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Paysafecard, Neteller, or UKash.
You may deposit between £10 and £500 per transaction.
The withdrawal policy seems rather strict as it states that you can’t make a withdrawal request until five working days after your first deposit. You’ll also need to have deposited at least £25 to your account, and you can only submit one withdrawal request every three working days. We also feel that the minimum withdrawal amount of £25 is on the high side while the maximum weekly withdrawal limit of £500 is too low. The operator aims to process withdrawals within three working days.
Customer Support
To get help, you can start a live chat session, email, or raise a support ticket. What you can’t do is pick up the phone and talk to an agent. We’re not sure why this is, but it seems rather odd that such a popular support method from other bingo sites has been omitted.

In our opinion, the programme offers you some value, but it’s purely based on the amount each roomie spends rather than how regularly or how long they’ve been playing at the site, and there aren’t that many perks on offer.
